At Southern Arizona Endodontics we are in strict compliance with the HIPAA Security Act (April 21, 2005) to ensure that our patients confidential electronic records stay secure. It is our promise and our pledge to our patients that we:

  • Protect the privacy of our patients' medical information,
  • Provide our patients with proper access to their medical records,
  • Appropriately maintain our patient information and billing processes in compliance with national HIPAA standards.
   
We are required by applicable federal and state law, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), to maintain the privacy of your health information. We are also required to give you a Notice of Our Privacy Practices, our legal duties, and your rights concerning your health information.
